How to restore your Premium Theme after Downgrades
In the event that your website was reverted back to a free site after the 30 day billing grace period passed, you will need to restore your Premium Theme after you are upgraded again. There are a few steps to take:
- Go to APPEARANCE > THEMES and re-activate your theme (more)
- Check the Theme Header Image if modified (APPEARANCE > HEADER)
- Reassign your Menu’s if needed (APPEARANCE > MENUS > THEME LOCATIONS) (more)
- Check your Widgets and reassign as needed (APPEARANCE > WIDGETS) (more)
That should cover the majority of the things you will want to check. The majority of your settings will remain untouched, even after a downgrade.
