Sending Mass Emails to your Community

Digital PTO’s Premium Plans have very nice integration features with one of the most popular email newsletter services on the planet called Mail Chimp. As the site owner, you have full control with how much or little integration your website and mailing list will have. For example, we will teach you how to sign up for a Mail Chimp Account and then integrate your Premium Family Registration Forms with your Mail Chimp account. This allows you to sort your mailing list by grade level and many other fields. And that’s just the beginning. You can also keep it simple and only capture new subscribers name and email address. It’s up to you.

If you are a Premium Member with Digital PTO, you can have your Family Registration Form automatically capture all the data that your families submit , automatically add it to your Mail Chimp account and then allow you to send easy messages to the whole school or individual grade levels.
