Working with the Different Events Calendar Views
The Digital PTO Events Calendar offers a variety of ways to display your calendar. Monthly (our suggested default), Weekly, Daily and Posterboard. You can select a default view and also determine which views are available (via EVENTS > SETTINGS) and your users can also change their view based on their needs.
View 1: Monthly View
The monthly view is our suggested default view, but feel free to change that if you’d like. It gives users a simple overview of an entire month at a glance. When users hover over an event, more details will appear (based on what you have provided in the admin section)
View 2: Weekly View
If you have a very busy calendar, the weekly view can be helpful for users who want more details about a specific week. When users hover over an event, more details will appear (based on what you have provided in the admin section)
View 3: Daily View
If you have a very busy calendar, the daily view can be helpful for users who want more details about a specific day. This is not a good calendar to offer as your default, but again, it’s really up to you! When users hover over an event, more details will appear (based on what you have provided in the admin section)
