Digital PTO Offers two different Form Systems

It is important to note that Digital PTO offers two different type of form interfaces. One interface is built directly into your Digital PTO admin backend. These forms are available to all Premium and Premium Plus Members. The built in forms (also called Gravity Forms) are designed to either collect only information or to collect information and a payment via Paypal.

The second style of forms we offer are only available to our Premium Plus Credit Card Members and these are in a separate workspace called Wufoo. These forms are secure forms that are designed to collect Credit Card Payments. Wufoo forms can be used to collect non-payment information as well, but we suggest using the built in (Gravity) forms if you are not collecting information that needs to run through a secure server.
